Get Test IMX Tokens from the Immutable zkEVM Faucet

You will need Test IMX Tokens ($tIMX) to deploy contracts and send transactions on the Immutable zkEVM testnet. This guide will show you how to get some.

What are Test IMX Tokens used for?

Developers building on Immutable may require it to:

  • Conduct thorough testing and experimentation without using real funds or affecting the main network.
  • Validate the functionality and performance of their applications before deploying them on the live network.
  • Interact with the platform's smart contracts and APIs in a controlled environment.
  • Collaborate with other developers by simulating real world scenarios and sharing testnet tokens for integration testing.
  • Familiarise themselves with the platform's features and capabilities while minimising potential risks.
