Nodes
Immutable has dedicated nodes that serve as access points for partners wanting to peer with the network. The Immutable zkEVM network supports two types of nodes for connecting to the zkEVM: Public Partners and Private Partners.
Public Partners
Theses nodes are intended for partners that wish to run a node in the network. The nodes are configured to not participate in txpool gossiping, meaning they will not broadcast transactions to other peers. Instead, these nodes are set-up to forward all transactions directly to the Immutable RPC endpoint for processing. This is done to manage gossiping load. All transactions will be proccessed as usual. These nodes are permissionless and do not require Immutable to allowlist you.
Private Partners
These nodes are intended for partners that provide critical infrastructure to support the security of the chain, and who have a direct relationship with Immutable. They are permissioned and require that Immutable allowlist you either via WireGuard or static IP.
