Elevate Your Game with Seamless In-Game Transactions

Impacted Users: Game DevelopersPlayers

We're thrilled to introduce Passport's Pre-Approved Transactions—a new feature designed to help you create immersive Web3 gaming experiences without the usual hurdles. Now, you can enable players to trade, craft, and participate in marketplaces directly within your game, all without disrupting their gameplay.

Why this matters for you:

  • Keep Players Engaged: Eliminate disruptive out-of-game transaction approvals and immerse your players in the action.
  • Easy Integration: Implement secure, low-risk transactions within your game's interface with minimal effort.
  • Unlock New Features: Offer advanced in-game activities like marketplaces and crafting to enhance player experience and open new revenue streams.

For more information you can check out the guide on how to enable pre-approved transactions and the documentation on pre-approved transactions.

Passport Telegram Mini App Support

Impacted Users: DevelopersGame StudiosPlayers

Telegram is a great tool for community building in the Web3 space. With Passport integration for Telegram Mini Apps, you can now drive conversion of your Telegram community into Passport registered users ready to play your game. The telegram integration supports authentication and pre-approved transaction signing which can enable actions like minting, crafting and transfers.

For details on how to implement this feature, have a read of the Telegram integration documentation or if you prefer to dive straight into code you can check out our Telegram Mini App example on GitHub.

Passport Security Alerts (Powered by Blockaid)

Impacted Users: DevelopersPlayers

Passport now integrates Blockaid to offer a safer transaction experience for your players. With real-time alerts for errors and warnings during in-game transaction signing, game studios can deliver a more secure and seamless experience, even for users unfamiliar with Web3. This integration reduces the risk of failed or harmful transactions, helping players make informed decisions.
